Unable to ship anything to the exhibition space in Belgium, I asked the curator to find 6 objects around the gallery that could be discarded.
I then created specific instructions on how to disperse of each object. The date, exact location and action to be performed and executed by the curator and gallery staff.
A pack of postcards with each instruction for dispersal were published. The objects were on view temporarily, until the day they were discarded. Eventually, the space was empty.
