Assignment: Let It Go!

As we have learned, ART is not only the production and making of objects or things. Art can be an idea put into action. Art can be a process. Art can be the process of removal or erasure, rather than production. Art can be circular without beginning or end. Art, much like life, can be a way to grapple with the unknown, rather than the known.

Art can be a question, rather than an answer. 

You challenge:

• Set the grape tomato free. Make a plan. Let it go. Give it a sendoff. Get rid of it. Orchestrate an event. Let the tomato start its journey. The tomato deserves this. 

• Whatever you do, do it in the most creative and interesting way you can.

• Document you action in anyway way. 

• Post to Instragram and share this special moment with us - as the tomato passes on to its next adventure. 

• Use text to describe your idea in detail. 

• You can collaborate with another student or friend. Make sure to note the collaboration.
